Challenge
The challenge was to interest young people in the construction sector. The image of construction is often represented as a tough and dusty profession, which is why young people aren't enthusiastic about choosing it. In addition, it was important to design the campaign in such a way that it matched the target group and was brought to its attention in the right way.


Solution
We have opted for a campaign with a fresh and young look, which highlights the benefits and possibilities of the construction sector. By using a campaign video with individual snippets and appealing photos, we managed to reach the young target group and make them enthusiastic about construction. By also extending the campaign to social media banners and a brochure, we have created a broader reach and been able to convey the message even better.
