How could we give the customer the same experience online as in the physical store?

Anne-Marie Wonen, a home furnishings store from Holten, is known for the personal attention they give to their customers. However, it was difficult to transfer this personal touch to the website. How could we give the customer the same experience online as in the physical store?

Solution

We create an extra layer in the webshop and customers can still experience the personal touch

We have built a new website with webshop and came up with a unique concept to convey the personal attention of Anne-Marie Wonen online. We have developed a kind of lookbook idea, where customers can view and order products from atmospheric photos. This way we create an extra layer in the webshop and customers can still experience the personal touch of Anne-Marie Wonen while shopping online.

An increase in online sales
